Common Purchase Questions
At Great Reptiles Home we pride ourselves on offering an expansive array of exotic animals at the most competitive prices. In order to do so, our team of dedicated professionals communicates predominately through email. We respond to all emails by the end of the next business day, M-F. If you have an urgent issue with an order please email us immediately at sales@greatreptileshome.com. Please include your full name, your order number a detailed account of the issues you’re having GRH you must include clear HD photographs if the issue references an animal. A staff member with animal specific experience will reach out to you by the end of the next business day and work to resolve any issue you may have.
Your shipping cost is a flat rate of $49.99 for Fedex priority overnight.
Your animals will typically ship the next business day unless that is a Friday. We do not offer Friday shipping for delivery on Saturday.
All live, non-venomous reptiles ship via Fedex priority overnight on the next business day after your check out. You will receive tracking when it is shipped . Most shipments are delivered before 10:30 AM but your exact delivery time will depend on your local delivery route. All live animal shipments require a signature upon delivery. There will need to be an adult present to sign for the shipment when it arrives. It will not be left unattended.
We provide a healthy guarantee live on arrival for all of our animals. If there is any issue with any of the animals you receive please contact us immediately at
sales@greatreptileshome.com.
If your local temperature is between 35 and 90 degrees then we can guarantee live arrival for your animals straight to your requested shipping address. If your temperature is 26-35 or 90-99 degrees then we can guarantee live arrival if you opt to have the box held and picked up at a local Fedex hub. If the temperatures are higher than 99 degrees or lower than 26 degrees we can still ship but we cannot guarantee live arrival. We are experts at packing our animals to survive many extreme temperatures and have shipped animals to freezing temperatures in the past with no issues. We use insulated boxes with either heat, cryo, or ice packs depending on the temperatures.
You will receive a tracking number for your shipment on the evening of your ship date. This tracking number will be sent via email between 1PM and 5pm (EST) on your shipping date. You will be able to track your shipment by clicking on the link provided to you in your email.
Returns
If you need to make any changes to your order.
We do have a strict no return policy for all orders.
If you did receive an incorrect item or quantity email us immediately at sales@greatreptileshome.com. We will review the cameras in the packing room and respond to your inquiry within 48 hours.
It you did receive an item that was damaged please contact us immediately using sales@greatreptileshome.com
Please email sales@greatreptileshome.com to request any changes to your order. Please understand that this is not a gaurantee that your shipping address will be updated until you hear back from us with confirmation.

We do not usually take pre-orders on animals and items which are out of stock. We do occasionally offer pre-orders on some of our GRH Exclusive animal drops. You can visit the animals product page on our site that is out of stock and sign up via email or SMS to be notified when an animal is back in stock.
